Terms of Use

My Cybersteps (operated by Cybersteps GmbH, Germany) is an online cybersecurity education platform accessible at cybersteps.de and its subdomains. These Terms govern your use of My Cybersteps and any related services.

Access to My Cybersteps is by invitation only. By accepting an invitation and creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account or allow others to access My Cybersteps on your behalf. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Share, copy, or redistribute course materials without written permission.
• Use My Cybersteps for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
• Disrupt or interfere with My Cybersteps or other users.

All course content, materials, and software on My Cybersteps are owned by or licensed to Cybersteps GmbH. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

The platform is provided "as is". Cybersteps GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of My Cybersteps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of My Cybersteps after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We strive to keep My Cybersteps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. My Cybersteps may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Cybersteps GmbH may suspend or terminate access to My Cybersteps if a user violates these Terms or uses My Cybersteps in a manner that threatens its security or operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
